Leila Mae Lau, 71, of Greer, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 18, 2016.

She was predeceased by two sons, Michael and Bobby Shumate; two brothers, Robert and Edward Ellenburg; and two sisters, Mae Perry and Barbara Ann.

She is survived by her husband, Robert (Bob) Lau. She has seven children: Dreama Shumate, of the home; Jessica Massey (Greer); Chrissy Shumate (Greenville); Michael Shumate (Greenville); Yolanda (Tommy) Crast (Greenville); Carla (Mark) Smith (China Grove, NC); Stacey (Josh) Pittman (Landrum); and a special adopted son, Daniel Moen (Wolfy) (Greenville).

She has one sister, Jerline Scott (Lyman), three brothers; Harold Ellenburg (Lyman) and Johnny and Louie Ellenburg (Inman).

She has 20 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 6 nieces, and 6 nephews.

The visitation is Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Apalache Baptist Church at 10:00 AM with the funeral service following at 11:00 AM.
