Jeanne Rae Anderson, 83, of Simpsonville, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 11, 2016.

She was born on October 2, 1933 in Wausau, Wisconsin.

She is survived by her husband and soulmate of 61 years, Theodore (Ted) Anderson; her sons, Eric (Jean) Anderson, and Scott (Anne Marie) Anderson; her brother, John (Nancy) Schulz; her three nephews and seven nieces, all who brought her much joy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Julia Schulz; and her sister, Phyllis Cooke.

Jeanne was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, and earned her Master of Arts Degree in Education. She loved teaching Kindergarten, which she did for 25 years in Brookfield, Wisconsin, before retiring. She also loved to play the harp and loved to travel.

The memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Simpsonville First Baptist Church, with the Celebration of Life following at 3:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jeanne's name may be made to Simpsonville First Baptist Church.
