Obituary for Eleanor Tamulis Dangerfield

Eleanor Tamulis Dangerfield, 75, of Simpsonville, S.C., loving wife of Richard Dangerfield, passed away on July, 24 2018.
Born on May 8, 1943 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Walter Holt and Helen Ernst. Eleanor formerly resided in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania where she raised her four children and relocated to her love of a warmer climate in Simpsonville, SC in 1998 where she also retired from many years at The General Electric, Co.
In addition to her husband, Richard Dangerfield, she is survived by a son, John Anthony Reehl and wife Christine Reehl and daughters Eleanor Reehl, Janine Reehl, brothers Walter Holt and John Laroe, and son-in-law Larry Stansell. In addition she survived by grandchildren Mariah Hanko and husband Nicholas Hanko, Mathew Florey and wife Alexandria Forey, Mitchell Florey, Alicia Ortoski, Ashley Stansell, Amber Stansell, Madison Reehl-Keith, and great grandchildren Rilynn Hanko, Reagan Hanko and Jack Florey (due, Oct. 2018).
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband’s, John A. Reehl Jr (the children’s father) and Joseph Tamulis, sister Helen Morgan, nephew Steven Morgan, and loving daughter Anne Marie Stansell.
A service to celebrate Eleanor’s life will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018 from 1 -3 p.m. at the Palmetto Mortuary 1017 Mauldin Road, Greenville, South Carolina 29607.
