Arthur W. (Butch) Ellis, 65, of Greenville, passed away on Monday, January 8, 2017.

He is survived by his wife Maria (Mimi) Ellis, his sons; Nicholas Ellis and Lindsey Ellis of Greenville, his daughter Rushah Harris of Greenville, his siblings; Angela Waters of Pelzer and Joy Kirchner of Lexington, KY, and his grandchildren; Michael Harris and Jeremiah Harris.

He was preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Melba Ellis.

A memorial service will be held at a later time and date.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Greenville County Humane Hospital and McCall Hospice House.
