Charlene Mason, 86, of Greenville, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 28th, 2018. She was a member of Agnew Road Church of God. She was the daughter of the late Charles F. Daniel and Pearl Ivester Daniel. She is survived by her sister, Thelma Daniel Eskew (Bill) of Piedmont and her brother, Tommy Daniel (Linda) of Greenville. She is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond K. Mason; sisters, Hazel Daniel Mann, Maryann Daniel Stone; brothers, Frankie Daniel and Boyd Daniel; and a niece, Annette Galloway Jeffcoat.
Although she never had children, she has many nieces and nephews that loved her dearly. Charlene and her late husband, Raymond, had nieces and nephews over for fishing and gardening as often as they could. The nieces and nephews remember churning fresh butter, collecting eggs, and enjoying the farm animals. She also enjoyed singing with her sisters at church.
The family will be receiving friends and family at Palmetto Mortuary 1017 Mauldin Road Greenville, South Carolina 29607 on Monday, July 30th, 2018 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. The funeral service will follow at Agnew Road Church of God, 200 Agnew Road Greenville, South Carolina 29617 on Tuesday, July 31st, 2018 at 11:00 am.
