Sue Ellen Sherman (Kouns)
On March 28, 2018, Sue Ellen Kouns-Sherman went home to be with her Lord and Savior. She was proceeded in death by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Bruce Kouns as well as her loving husband John Franklin Sherman. Sue was known for her obedience to the Lord and showed others how to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. She is now being reunited with family and friends in heaven and now is running on the streets of gold. We celebrate her life as a wonderful daughter, wife, mother-in-law and grandmother.
She is survived by her mother-in-law Alma J. Sherman of South Point, Ohio, three children; Teresa Reichert of Florence, KY, John B. Sherman of Greenville, and Laura (George) Heins of Simpsonville, SC, three grandchildren; Mikayla Shae Reichert, Jack Ryan Sherman and Emma Grace Heins.
Burial will take place this summer at Highlawn Memorial Gardens, South Point, Ohio. In honor of her memory and in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to her home church: Faith Family Church, 3339 Wade Hampton Blvd., Taylors, SC 29687.
