Marie Alberino of Simpsonville, SC was born in 1935 and passed away peacefully in 2018.​

She is survived by her loving children, Ron Alberino (fiancee Anji Nelson), Michael Alberino (Denise), and Donna Alberino; siblings, Eleanor, Grace, and Sandy; and grandchildren, Anthony Suriano, Steven Suriano (Chelsea), Gabriella, Angelina, Gessi, and Michelle Alberino, Annika and Alex Nelson, and her great grand-daughter Kimber Rose Suriano.

Marie was a loving sister, mother, and grandmother who lived a long contented life. She was born September 14, 1935 in Plainfield, NJ to Roy and Mary Wood and was one of eight children. She loved gardening, reading paperback novels, doing crossword puzzles and Hallmark Channel movies. Known for her delicious Italian specialties she made for her family gatherings, her eggplant parmesan, stuffed shells, and Christmas cookies will be missed along with her sweet smile and gentle manner.
