Obituary for Stephen H Sloan

Stephen H Sloan
Stephen Sloan, 73, of Easley, South Carolina, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 1st, 2018.
He was the son of the late, Guy and Gladys Sloan.
Through he and his wife's ministry, the lives of many were changed through pastoring, evangelism and music. He was a dad and a friend to more than just his own children. He impacted lives not only through preaching the message of grace but also on a personal level by the way he lived it out. During his latter years, he continued dedicating his talent to the Lord by playing the piano for First Christian Fellowship. His friends and family will miss him; however, they know he is with his Lord and Savior.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Mary Sloan; his adoring daughters, Toni Sloan Suchka and her husband, Brad, and Danna Sloan Kirk and her husband, John. His daughters also blessed him with five grandchildren, Chase and Addison Suchka and Savannah, John Huey, and Annalise Kirk. Stephen also leaves behind seven siblings, Bobbie Thrasher, Guynelle King, Doris Rogers, Joel Sloan (Edna), Ruby Greene (Gary), Judy Kelley (Mike), and Thomas Sloan (Sheila).
He was preceded in death by his sister, Louise Fennell.
