Harold Lee  Pruitt Sr.
Harold Lee Pruitt Sr., 85, of Pelzer, SC., went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 24, 2018.

He is survived by his sons, Hal Pruitt, Richard Pruitt (Tabitha) of Williamston, Kenneth Crowder of Greenville, Philip Crowder (Renee) of Statesville, NC, and Ken Gray of Michigan; his daughters, Sandra Black (Wesley Smith) of Pelzer, and Jackie White (Tim) of Michigan; his siblings, Ruby Martin and Patsy Hill; his grandchildren, Shannon Black, Nicole Clark, Samantha Crowder, Alexandria Hill, Tasha Russell, and Courtney Pruitt; his great grandchildren, Jonathan, Shyann, Jazmine, Gage, Lilly and Dom Black, Destiny Barnes, Brandon Day, Andrew Aaron, Iziah and Josiah Crowder, Amira Earle, and Dagen Russell; and Jaclyn Black who he thought of as one of his grandchildren.

Harold will be remembered for the amount of love he had for his grandchildren. His grandchildren will remember him calling every night to see how their day was, especially on birthdays when he called his children to sing Happy Birthday as soon as they answered.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Nabors Pruitt; his brothers, James, Detroit, Floyd, Lloyd, Edward, Charles; his sisters, Corrine, Louise and Barbara; and his parents, Alvin and Bonny Monney Pruitt.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 2, at 1:00 pm at Palmetto Mortuary at 1017 Mauldin Road, Greenville, SC with a Memorial Service to follow at 2:00 pm. Burial will immediately follow at Graceland East Cemetery.
