The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Robert I can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Melissa Hartley Neher
Condolence: I will always remember Mr. Worthington with great respect and love. He taught Mark, Maggie, Mike and then finally, me at FCA. He was the best. I still remember so many things that he taught us. Reading a book from Proverbs every day for devotions, stopping to look at one of us, as if he felt that verse was specifically for that person on that day. Teaching us how to not just drive, but be a good driver. Telling us that wearing a seat belt should be a personal choice, not a law and that is why he didn't wear one. Explaining why he thought and believed what he did and backing it up with scripture. Sharing stories with us, sharing life with us really. He cared. He truly cared about everyone of us. Sending my prayers to your family, he was a wonderful man. Melissa (Hartley) Neher
