Julia Boone Franklin went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 12, 2019. Julia was born in Atlantic City, NJ on March 17, 1931. She retired from AT&T after 33 years of service. She loved to pack up her grandchildren in the car for a trip to Jones Gap and/or Table Rock. She enjoyed birdwatching and basket making. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Taylor's, SC for 39 years.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Jess and a daughter in law, Donna Franklin. She is survived by her children Ben (Cindy), Phil (Teresa), Gary, and Donna (Bryan) Putnam; seven grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be at Palmetto Mortuary at 12:30 on Friday, June 14, 2019 followed by a memorial service at 1:30.
