Obituary for James Everett Lynn

James Everett Lynn, 40, beloved husband of Ashley Lynn passed away unexpectedly on January 23, 2018 at his home. James was the son of Katherine “Kay” and Darrell Lancaster of Woodruff, SC and Jeff Lynn of Greer, SC.

James graduated from Woodruff High School, and was an Extrusion Operator at First Quality Products in Anderson. Previously, James worked for Cryovac for 13 years in Simpsonville, volunteered with the Reidville Fire Dept, and was an EMT with Spartanburg County.

James is survived by his wife of the home, his parents, and his daughter Alyssa Danielle Lynn of Liberty. James was also a devoted bonus dad to Bryson, Noah and Jonah of the home, and Alexis Jones from his previous marriage. James is also survived by his brother Richard Lynn, sister Stacey Lynn, step-brother Brad Lancaster, and grandmothers Margaret Lynn and Shirley Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

James loved bow hunting, working on cars, and his animals. Above all else, James loved being a father and a husband.

The visitation will be at 2pm with the Celebration of James' life at 3pm at the Covenant United Methodist Church in Greer, South Carolina.
