Robert, McAbee, 77, of Mauldin, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 6, 2018.

He is survived by his wife Barbara A. McAbee, his sons R. David McAbee (Danna) and James (Jay) E. McAbee (Amanda); his daughter Robin McAbee Brewer; his siblings Harry McAbee and Myrtle McAbee Brooks; his grandchildren, Michelle Brewer Oliver (Tyler), Arianna McAbee Pettit (Matthew), Ethan McAbee (Kayla Finley), Brookes McAbee, Samuel McAbee and Aryel McAbee; and his great grandchildren, Malaya Oliver, Carson Oliver, Matthew Pettit Jr., and Cadence Fox-McAbee.

He is preceded in death by his son Robert Clifford McAbee Jr.; his siblings, James McAbee, Louise McAbee Guinn, Estelle McAbee Roper, Charles McAbee, Marvin McAbee and Paul McAbee; his great granddaughter Macy Oliver; and, his parents Charlie McAbee and Marjie Kirkland McAbee.

For those who knew the real Bob, Christmas will never be the same.

The visitation will be held on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at Hope Church at 806 SE Main Street, Simpsonville, SC at 3:00 pm with a celebration of life to follow at 4:00 pm.
