Obituary for Serenity Cheyenne Louara Pruitt

Serenity Cheyenne Louara Pruitt
Serenity Cheyenne Louara Pruitt, 23, of Fountain Inn, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 21, 2018.

She is survived by her fiancé, William Michael Bowman; her baby girl Rilley Celeste Bowman; her siblings, Natasha Baxley (Jeremy), Brittany Baxley (Bruce), Destany Pruitt, and Zachariah Hand; her mother Pamela Dalphine Hand; her biological father, James Earl Pruitt; her father Roger Gene Pruitt; her nieces and nephews, Damaris, Lana, Novalee, Madison, Ven, Ray Ray, Declan and Caden; her paternal grandparents, Earl and Wanda Pruitt and her maternal grandparents, Michael and Lucille Southers.

The memory of Serenity’s love and contagious laugh will comfort her friends and family during this difficult time. She held her family together through the best and toughest of times. Serenity started every morning with the goal to give her ‘Selfie Queen’ her all. Being a mother was the greatest joy of her life. Her friends and family are thankful that she realized every moment was precious and captured it with a photo. They can look back on those moments and keep a little bit of Serenity with them. Serenity would give her whole heart to those she loved and will be missed by all those who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Luther Hawkins Moates Jr., her grandfather Bobby Hand and her best friend/sister, Megan Celeste Warren.

A visitaiton will be held on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at 2:00 pm at The Palmetto Mortuary at 1017 Mauldin Road, Greenville, SC 29607. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Pine View Baptist Church at 1171 Brockman McClimon Road, Greer, SC 29651 with burial to follow.

The family has requested that attendants not dress in black but in bright colors as that is what Serenity would of wanted. It is also asked not come to mourn her loss but to celebrate her life.
