Mark Joseph "Joe" Ellzey passed away December 1, 2018. His last days were spent with family and friends by his side. He is survived by his wife Leslie, son Chris (Anna Kathryn), and daughter Lauren. He also leaves behind his precious grandchildren Mercy, Jaiden, and soon to be Edie.

Joe was born and grew up in Gulfport, MS. He graduated from Ole Miss before moving to the Carolinas. He enjoyed sailing, Clemson football, and taking trips with his family and dear friends. He was grateful for the family and friends that God blessed him with throughout his life.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Buncombe Street United Methodist Church or Open Arms Hospice. A service will be held for family and friends on December 6th. Visitation will be held from 3:30 to 4:30pm, with the service to follow at 4:30pm at Buncombe Street United Methodist Church at 200 Buncombe St, Greenville, SC 29601.
