Obituary for Willis Hicks Norris
Willis Hicks Norris "Papa", 74, of Liberty, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 13, 2019.
He is survived by his son, James Norris (Michelle); his daughters, Tammy Norris Gatewood (Randy), and Paula Evon Norris (Mark); his siblings, George Norris, Susan Daves and Charles Norris; his grandchildren, Nicole, Simone, Brittany, Jessica, Chris, Cayla and Jacob and his twelve great grandchildren.
Willis enjoyed spending his time deer hunting, fishing, playing bingo, gabling and joking around. He was dedicated to his job, had an amazing heart and would anything for anyone.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Jenkins Norris; his son, Steven Norris; his siblings, Emily Luggett, Lewis Norris, Frank Norris and Brisco Norris and his parents, Evie Leah and George Coleman Norris.
A Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 17th. 2019 at 2:00 pm with a Memorial Service to follow at 3:00 pm at Palmetto Mortuary at 1017 Mauldin Road, Greenville, SC 29607.
