Betty Jo Chastain, 48, of Greenville, passed away on Monday, May 20, 2019.
She is survived in life by her mother, Barbara A. Phagan, brother Charles E. Phagan Jr. and sister Julie B. Phagan, family member Carl D. Duncan and special friend Sammy Ragsdale.
She is preceded in death by her father, Joe L. Buice, and sister Josephine Key.
Betty Jo enjoyed bowling, shopping, going to the flea market, playing cards and competing in the Special Olympics. She loved to spend time with her friends and family and her smile, her ability to make others laugh and her generosity will always be remembered.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2019,
