Condolence: I knew Floyd from when he would come into the BMW Zentrum cafe to have coffee with fellow co-workers. He was a character for sure, and always would have these inquisitive questions going that would invite conversations. As time went on,the busier The world of BMW got and the less I would see Floyd coming over to the cafe... Every now and then he would come back and I would see him in the Zentrum, even after being diagnosed.
What a trooper, what strength God had given him to be able to get up and still press on and go into work even...
Floyd you are not forgotten, and always will be remembered....
You are in a much better place, nothing can compare with where you are right now!!!

Condolence: Floyd was my 1st shift Boss here @ BMW.He was a character!He had a wit about him that couldn't be denied.He also had a kind spirit of compassion.He would try to help you anyway he could.I missed him as soon as he left BMW.I will certainly miss his presence with us.
